Not in my mind and not in Andy&#039;s. There are similarities of course but Core is for 1-2 man bands, not companies and there is no mentoring / growth angle. Core is Co Working, a shared office environment, not an incubator. Also if you want to hire a desk in Core the criteria is more lax, in VI we&#039;ll be looking for a certain type of company with high potential and the need for mentoring and support. For example service based projects probably wouldn&#039;t fit with the VI model, whereas Core is perfect for them.

Similar, but different in their purpose is how I&#039;d see it.</description>
