There are similarities of course but Core is for 1-2 man bands, not companies and there is no mentoring / growth angle. Core is Co Working, a shared office environment, not an incubator. Also if you want to hire a desk in Core the criteria is more lax, in VI we'll be looking for a certain type of company with high potential and the need for mentoring and support.
